Where do you work?
We’re based in Middletown, Delaware, and work with clients across Delaware and the surrounding area. For some projects we also offer remote design consultations by video.
How much does interior design cost?
Every project is different, so we quote after an initial consultation once we understand the scope. We’ll always give you a clear breakdown of design fees and estimated project costs before any work begins.
Is it worth renovating before I sell?
Often, yes, but only the right improvements. Many sellers spend money on changes buyers don’t value. We’ll assess your home and recommend the updates most likely to help it sell, and tell you honestly when something isn’t worth doing.
Can you work with my contractor or real estate agent?
Absolutely. We’re happy to work alongside your existing contractor, agent or property manager, or to recommend trusted trades if you need them.
Do you work on rentals and investment properties?
Yes. We design interiors for long-term rentals, short-term rentals, flips and new developments, with a focus on durability, appeal and keeping costs in check.
How long does a project take?
A single-room design might take a few weeks from consultation to styling, while a full renovation can take several months. We’ll give you a realistic timeline during the design stage.
